What is our return policy? We are committed to your satisfaction with the instruments and service you receive from Sunreed.
You may return any purchase that does not meet your expectations, within 15 days of purchase, in new condition, for refund or exchange, less postage**. During the holiday season, for any order placed between November 25 and December 25th, it may be returned by either January 1st or two weeks after purchase, whichever is later, for a full exchange or refund, less shipping. Please contact: email@example.com, before you return the item, as we may ask you to return it to one of our warehouses that is different from where it was sent. **Items marked 'by Special Order' & 'commissioned' instruments (instruments made to your specifications, including art work,) may not be returned without prior permission. CD"s that have been opened cannot be returned.
How do I return or exchange an instrument? For Returns and Exchanges: Please follow these simple steps: Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request authorization. Be sure to provide your name, invoice number and the exact items which you want to return. We will send you an email with instructions where to return the instrument. Make sure the items are in their original condition, and containers. We recommend you fully insure the return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for damage during their return. We will credit your account once the items have been returned to us in original condition. Your package must be mailed to us within 7 days of requesting authorization to return. Please include in the package your name, email address and invoice number.
