International Shipping

Do we ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Payment can be made in US Dollars using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal or a wire transfer. We prefer PayPal.  Orders to Canada usually are shipped Priority Mail International; and all other international orders are shipped via Priority Mail International (unless specified Express Mail International) or UPS or FedEx or DHL. International shipping time varies depending on the destination country's customs process. ***PLEASE NOTE: The United States Postal Service offers only limited tracking services for International Priority packages; we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages.

How many days will it take to receive my order?  International shipping time varies depending on the destination country's customs process.

How will I know what the shipping and handling fee will be for an international shipment?  If you place your order on-line your shipping charge will not be reflected in the total price of your order.  Our staff will email you the shipping and handling fee within 48 hours of your order. 

Will I be responsible for my countries customs fees or duties?  Your country may impose additional taxes or duties. These fees are not controlled or collected by Sunreed Instruments. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's customs process and fee structure before you order so you know what to expect.

What is the typical shipping price to ship an instrument internationally? Typical charges to Canada, add approx. $35.00, Mexico add $35.00.  All other countries, $40 to $58 typical charges for most individual instruments, depending on size, weight, and destination.   Drums are typically $50-$80 for one up to 18" drum,  shipped International Priority Mail. Our largest flutes, didgeridoos, bowls, and drums will be more. For shipping to other countries, please inquire,  

What are our Policies regarding international shipments?  You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If we have shipped to the address provided, and the package is not accepted or returned for any reason, you may be responsible for additional return fees.
