What if my instrument is damaged during shipping? All purchases are guaranteed to arrive as described, in good working, new condtion. All domestic and most international shipments are shipped fully insured. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately for repair or replacement. All packages should be inspected for damage at time of receipt, and any damage reported within 3 days. Please contact us if damages occur. In the rare case it does, please keep all packaging for possible inspection by shipping agent, to cover insurance regulations. (see returns also.) Please contact us before returning any items.
Warranty on Sunreed bamboo wind instruments is in effect according to warranty accompanying instrument, usually 90 days. While many of our other instruments do not carry a specific warranty, the vast majority of them can be expected to last for years, and in many cases, decades of use, with proper care and attention. it is very rare that problems are reported to us. In the rare event you experience a problem within 30-90 days of purchase, dependent on the instrument and maker, we can usually repair, replace, or find a solution. But, no warranty is given, expressed or implied, for any products other than our own, unless accompanied by the manufacturer, other than arrival in new, working condition. Please read care information that may accompany your instrument. Crystal bowls cannot be warrantied once they have arrived in new condition.
