What is our return policy? We want you to be happy with the instruments you purchased from Sunreed. Your satisfaction is important to us. You may return any instrument that is not a wind instrument, (wind instruments include flutes, saxophones, clarinets, fifes, didgeridoos, Native American Style flutes, and shakuhachis), does not meet your expectations, within 15 days of purchase, in new condition, for refund or exchange, less postage**. Please contact: email@example.com, before you return the item to us in order to receive a return merchandise authorization. While it is rare, we reserve the right to add a 15% re-stocking fee on some return items. Ask if any item you have interest in may be subject to this fee. **Items marked 'by Special Order' & 'commissioned' instruments (instruments made to your specifications,) may not be returned without prior permission.
How do I return or exchange an instrument? For Returns and Exchanges: Please follow these simple steps: •VERY IMPORTANT! Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request authorization. Be sure to provide your name, invoice number and the exact items which you want to return. We will send you an email with instructions where to return the instrument. Make sure the items are in their original condition, just as you received them. We will credit you once the items have been returned. We will not credit you for an item if it arrives to us damaged. Your package must be mailed to us within 7 days of requesting authorization to return. Please include in the package your name, email address and invoice number.
