What if I wish to exchange for another item? For Exchanges, you will be billed for any shipping cost. For warranty exchanges we will pay shipping back to you. International orders may be required to pay shipping both ways. In the rare event of damage during shipping, you may be required to keep all shipping materials, and assist in any insurance claim, in order to process your damage claim.
