Damages Incurred During Shipping
What if my instrument is damaged during shipping? For damage in shipping: All packages must be inspected for damage at time of receipt, and any damage reported within 3 days. Returns of most products may be made for 15 days from shipping date for full refund or credit, less shipping, if in new, unused condition.
